Direct Billing

We are pleased to offer direct billing to participating insurance providers for eligible wellness services. Please ensure your insurance information is provided before your appointment. Coverage varies by provider and plan, and clients are responsible for any remaining balance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens! To respect our practitioners’ time and allow other clients the opportunity to book, we kindly ask for:

  • 24 hours’ notice for wellness appointments.
  • 48 hours’ notice for aesthetic appointments.

Charis Atargatis

Meet Charis, our Medical Aesthetician and CSNN-certified Holistic Nutritionist! Charis brings a whole-person approach to skin care, looking not only at what’s happening on the surface but at how routine, nutrition, stress and lifestyle may be showing up in your skin. Over the past six years she has worked in medical aesthetic clinics, including as an injector assistant, and before that she spent several years managing and coordinating aesthetic and dermatology clinics, giving her a deep understanding of both the treatment side and the client experience. Charis believes in a skin barrier first philosophy, because healthy, balanced skin responds better to treatments and delivers results that last. Every treatment and homecare plan she creates is customized to your goals, whether you’re hoping to brighten, refine texture, calm redness or sensitivity, or simply feel more confident in your skin. She also takes the time to walk you through your products and routine, so you leave knowing exactly what to do at home and why. Meet Hannah, our Registered Acupuncturist 🤍

We’re so excited to welcome Hannah to Olive & Co! With a holistic approach rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she brings a passion for women’s health and wellness through every stage of womanhood.

Alongside acupuncture needling, Hannah incorporates a variety of Traditional Chinese Medicine practices, including gua sha, cupping, ear seeds and smokeless moxa, tailoring each treatment to the individual.

Her special areas of interest include fertility, hormonal concerns, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause, as well as nervous system support, digestive concerns, physical pain and facial rejuvenation.

We’re grateful to be growing a team that brings together care for your skin, body and overall wellbeing—all in one welcoming space.

Meaghan Harris is a Registered Nurse and the founder of Olive & Co Collective. With 12 years of nursing experience at BC Children’s Hospital, eight years in brow artistry and six years in skincare, she brings a thoughtful blend of clinical knowledge and creativity to her work.

A South Surrey mom with a passion for women’s wellness, Meaghan created Olive & Co as a welcoming space where women can feel heard, supported and confident in their care. Cheryl Hull is a Registered Physiotherapist with 16 years of experience and advanced training in manual therapy (FCAMPT), IMS, pelvic health and pelvic acupuncture. A pelvic health educator involved in research, she is also one of the kindest humans you’ll meet. Cheryl creates a welcoming space where clients feel heard, comfortable asking questions and supported in their care. With over 10 years of nursing experience, Adeline’s emergency medicine training enhances her advanced assessment and treatment skills. She earned her Masters of Nurse Practitioner in 2020 from the University of Victoria and currently works in Primary and Urgent care, providing comprehensive care to clients with high levels of medical and social complexity.
